  • Wear comfortable clothing that won’t limit range of motion.
  • Always bring a water source.
  • Do not be more than 10 minutes late.
  • Inform me of any discomfort or pain from exercises that are programmed for you.
  • Give no excuses 
  • Practice self discipline outside of the gym.
